Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of personal data on longev.eu is Larysa Danyuk, ul. Jana III Sobieskiego 1/49, 02-957 Warszawa (Mazowieckie), Poland. Phone: +48 532 875 937, e-mail: longev_eu@longev.eu.

This policy covers only the longev.eu website and its wiki. Hotel portals on the Longev platform (addresses like hotel.longev.eu and hotels' own domains) process guest data under a separate policy available inside each portal; with regard to guest data, the hotel acts as an independent controller.

2. What data we collect

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

4. Where the data goes

The site is hosted on a server in the European Union (Hostinger). Requests and subscription addresses are delivered to us as service notifications via Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.; servers may be located outside the EEA) or, as a fallback, via WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). Newsletters are sent through a dedicated e-mail service that processes data in the EU. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes; the current list of processors is available on request.

If you consent to analytics, visit statistics are processed by Google Ireland Limited (Dublin) and may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

5. How long we keep it

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your data and a copy of it, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send requests to longev_eu@longev.eu; we reply within one month.

If you believe we violate your rights, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO, uodo.gov.pl), or the data protection authority of your EU country.

7. Changes

We update this policy as the site evolves; the date of the current version is shown at the top of the page. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
