What Longev is for an investor
Longev is a white-label platform that turns a working spa hotel into a longevity resort: it reads the biometrics from the guest's Garmin watch, assembles 10 longevity programmes out of the hotel's own treatments and upsells the hotel's services under a doctor's control. The platform runs at the reference hotel — Luxury Spa & Medical Wellness Hotel Prezident, Karlovy Vary; the site, the portal and this wiki speak 36 languages.
The deck below gathers the essentials on 20 slides: wellness-economy market figures, the empirical science behind longevity biomarkers, the product in live screenshots, the Karlovy Vary medical protocols, the algorithmic core, the built-in B2B hotel-acquisition system, the data moat, the Setup / Base / Active Guest business model and the roadmap.

The ten files below are the same presentation: 20 slides, 16:9 PDF. Russian is written by hand; the rest are translated and proofread page by page.
What is inside
- The market. A $6.8 trillion wellness economy (2024) heading for $9.8 trillion by 2029; wellness tourism growing above 10 % a year; longevity clinics at $9.55 billion by 2030.
- The science. Six biomarkers the watch measures — and the cohort studies linking each to mortality: steps, VO₂max, resting heart rate, sleep, heart-rate variability, sauna protocols.
- Medical protocols. The Karlovy Vary school: MUDr. Milada Sarova's balneology and associate professor Petr Kolisko's kinesiology, encoded into the algorithms.
- The product. The guest's account, the doctor's and front-desk panel, two branded Garmin apps, 10 programmes built from the hotel's 139 treatments — in live screenshots.
- The technology. A deterministic clinical engine with explainable recommendations and walk-forward MAE forecast checks; aligned with the EU AI Act.
- The data moat. Three streams in one loop — biometrics, doctor's prescriptions, nutrition — and a growing journal of exposure-response pairs: the basis for estimating the Individual Treatment Effect of a given procedure. The B2B licence agreements grant the platform the right to train cross-hotel models on de-personalised datasets.
- The business model. Setup €2,500 one-off, Base €800 a month, Active Guest €8 per stay from the eleventh active guest.
We are open to partnership
The platform keeps evolving: new modules, devices and hotels arrive every month, and the outcome journal and training set grow with every stay. We are open to cooperation and partnership — with funds, hotels, doctors and developers: together we will do more.
