Sleep, steps, floors, weight, oxygen, breathing, fitness age, stress, Body Battery, calories and HRV — a room per measurement. What is in each and where its numbers come from.
The measurement rooms are not menu entries but pages with addresses of their own: `#/sleep`, `#/steps`, `#/hrv` and so on. The same shelf of tiles stands above each of them in the same order — from any room you can see all the others, and see where you are.
The same list is repeated in the account column under LONGEVITY. There are exactly two lists and they have to match: a new room is written into both at once, or they drift apart in silence.
Right under the shelf sits the day switch. It is there on purpose: five rows of tiles filled a phone's whole first screen, and the move to the day you wanted ended up below the fold.

The order is the owner's and follows the order in his own Garmin account — not our taste, but the habit of the eye.
| Room | What is in it | Where the number comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Sleep | the night's stages, length, score, a reading in words | the nightly pull |
| Steps | the day in half-hours, the goal, «Move IQ» | the pull and our watch app |
| Floors | climbed and descended | the pull; Garmin counts them fractionally, as metres divided by 3.048 |
| Weight | weight and body composition | the scales in the room, or typed in by hand |
| Pulse ox acclimation | blood oxygen at night and by day | the pull |
| Breathing | respiration rate, separately during sleep | the pull |
| Fitness age | the number and the four factors it is made of | the portal works it out |
| Stress | the day's curve and the shares of rest / low / medium / high | the pull |
| Body Battery | the energy reserve: where it charged, where it drained | the pull |
| Calories | resting, active, total | the pull |
| HRV Status | night variability and the personal normal range | the pull |

Most rooms have three views: today, the last seven days and the whole stay. The stay is not decoration: a spa measurement is worth reading from the day of arrival, because that is the day a person starts changing from.
«Performance stats» is a section of its own — the same stay on one board, with every tile, tab and table column: sleep, pulse, stress, Body Battery, breathing, oxygen, steps, floors, calories, intensity minutes.
Different quantities are laid over one chart only as an index against the first day. There is no second Y axis anywhere in the portal — it lets you draw any relation between anything.

An empty tile means «the watch did not measure this», not «the portal lost it». There are three reasons: this watch model does not have the measurement, the guest took the watch off for the night, or the sync has not arrived yet.
Which measurements your model gives is a table in «What reaches the portal from the watch». Training Readiness, for instance, does not exist on a Forerunner 165 at all, while HRV Status and Body Battery do.
If the doctor set you a step goal, today's ring is counted against that, not against the goal written into the watch. Past days are left alone: what is recorded there is what the wrist was counting against on the day.
The doctor's goal cannot be written into the watch itself — Garmin does not expose such a field. Checked on a live account.
You pressed the «Sleep» ring and the night opened: when you fell asleep, how much of it was deep, when you woke, and a paragraph in words about what follows. You wanted to compare it with the other nights, switched to «the whole stay» and saw the line from day one.
None of these numbers is a diagnosis. They are measurements and their reading — you take them to a doctor, not instead of one.
The rooms are the guest's ground and the desk does not go in. The doctor sees the same numbers in the morning sheet (more), and «the guest's account» in the panel shows them these very screens through the guest's eyes — read-only.
What the watch measures — every measurement in order.
What reaches the portal from the watch — the three roads, and what never arrives.
