In short

Who the programme is for

The course is built around one mechanism: unload stagnant interstitial fluid, feed the skin and let the night do its work. Hence the length of seven days — the visible part of the result (puffiness, tone, volumes) moves faster than body composition does.

Interstitial fluid is the water that sits between cells rather than inside them. Its excess is what the guest calls a puffy face by evening and heavy legs.

The six markers the course is steered by

Each programme carries its own list of markers. This one has six, and they fall into two blocks: water balance and body composition (water, weight, fitness age) and the night's repair (sleep, stress, Body Battery).

The first block comes from the smart scales, the second from the watch. In the portal they sit on one page, so at the morning round the doctor sees them side by side instead of switching screens.

MarkerWhat it showsWhere it comes fromWhat the course does with it
Body Water %How much water the body holds. A low value together with a gain in weight reads as stagnant interstitial fluid rather than gained mass.Smart scales, the morning weighingLymphatic drainage, the pool and the drinking cure; the number usually moves over the first 3–4 days.
WeightA quick drop in the first days is fluid leaving: fat mass does not change that way in a week. The same scales, morning and eveningDrainage procedures and the daily walk; weight is read together with body water, never alone.
Fitness AgeAerobic form, resting heart rate and body composition folded into a single year. Below the passport age means better form than the average for that age.The watch, Garmin's own calculationWalking in the aerobic zone and the pool; over one week this is a direction, not a result.
Sleep ScoreA 0–100 score for the night plus duration and phases. Deep sleep is the time when the skin repairs itself. The watch, a night without a phoneAn evening walk and evening care; below 60 the morning sheet raises a short-sleep flag.
StressA 0–100 score for the day from heart-rate variability. High values keep the skin's vessels tense and the face looks dull. The watch, all dayBody rituals, aroma care and breathing pauses; the default threshold is 50 points.
Body BatteryA 5–100 scale: how much the night stored and how much the day spent. The watch, round the clockAn unloading day: the heavy work goes, the walk shortens; the default threshold is 40 points.

Water balance and body composition

The scales read body composition with a weak current through the feet, so the numbers follow what the guest drank and ate. The portal says so plainly: read them as a line across the stay, not as a single morning.

Hence the house rule: weigh in the morning, before breakfast, and again in the evening if the doctor wants the daily swing. An evening weight half a kilo above the morning one is normal, not a broken diet.

Body composition from the Garmin Index S2 scales in the guest's cabinet: 33.5 % fat, 24.5 kg muscle, 49.1 % water, 2.6 kg bone; below, the log of weighings with morning and evening weight and BMI.

Night repair: sleep, stress and Body Battery

Skin repairs itself at night, which is why in a course where half the procedures are care treatments three of the six markers describe the night. The portal shows not only the score but the reading behind it: duration, deep and REM phases, the number of awakenings.

The doctor needs the reading, not the score: a night of 4 h 42 min with 58 minutes of deep sleep and 27 minutes of REM is not simply a bad night — it is a short night with the deep phase preserved, and the evening orders for those two cases differ.

The night read in the guest's cabinet: a score of 53 out of 100, duration 4:42, deep 0:58, light 3:17, REM 0:27 and 27 stirrings — what the doctor decides the evening procedures by.

The medical skeleton of the stay

The skeleton is the set of diagnostic entries the platform places itself, before any cosmetology. The rules are the same for every programme, but what lands depends on the goal and the length of the stay.

For this programme over seven days the skeleton looks like this.

DayWhat stands thereHow longWhy
1Medical examination and the drinking-cure prescription30 and 15 minutesDay one is closed to procedures: the doctor sees the guest, reads the questionnaire and signs the plan.
2Blood laboratory panel15 minutesPlaced for stays from 7 days; the reception confirms the exact day, as the nurse works to her own schedule.
2Body-composition measurement (bioimpedance) with a consultation30 minutesFor the skin goal it stands unconditionally, whatever the length of the stay: the course is steered by body water and weight.
6Repeat body-composition measurement30 minutesOn the eve of departure for stays from 7 days, so that the closing consultation compares two numbers.
7Closing consultation30 minutesPlaced for stays from 5 days and closes the course with a before-and-after reading.

The core of the course and the dose over 7 days

The core is what the algorithm lays into the days first. The number in the sessions column is the procedure's weekly ceiling: that is how many times it can be placed, with a pause held between sessions.

How many paid entries land in one day depends on the budget: 2 on standard, 3 on comfort, 4 on premium. The pool, the drinking cure and the walk sit outside that cap — they are included.

ProcedureSessionsLengthRole in the course
Apparatus lymphatic drainage245 minutesCyclic pneumatic compression of the legs and abdomen: it unloads stagnant interstitial fluid. By the doctor's order only.
Carboxytherapy230 minutesMedical carbon dioxide delivered under the skin: work on microcirculation and facial tone.
Anti-cellulite massage350 minutesDeep manual work on subcutaneous tissue — the most frequent entry of the course.
Aroma facial treatment160 minutesCare on aromatic lines: cleansing, exfoliation, nourishment.
SKINOVAGE Classic facial160 minutesA professional facial matched to the skin type.
Ritual: peeling, mask, body massage190 minutesThe longest entry of the course: it takes off the horny layer and closes the day with body work.
Hand peeling with massage and mask130 minutesThe exposed areas that age first.
Swimming pool460 minutesGentle hydrostatic load; included in the stay.
The Aesthetic Longevity programme in the portal: 7 days, 6 diagnostic entries, 18 procedure sessions, 7 walks and 21 servings of water; 330 minutes of walking over the stay on top of the procedures. The bars below are each pillar's share of the course.

What a day of the course looks like

The treatment rooms work 09:00–12:00 and 12:30–16:00, on Sunday mornings only. So diagnostics sit in the morning slot and the care treatments and massages in the afternoon one; the evening is left to what needs no staff: the sauna world (15:00–21:00 on weekdays) and the pool.

On top of the procedures every day carries the drinking cure — 3 servings of 150 ml — and a walk of 30, 50 or 75 minutes by the chosen pace, on route I, II or III.

The arrival day is closed to procedures: it holds only the examination and the drinking-cure prescription. The first full day opens with the laboratory and the bioimpedance measurement, and the core of the course follows.

The stay day by day: day 1 is marked as arrival and check-up, and every following day shows how many entries it holds and their total minutes.

How the procedures bring the markers back

The table reads left to right: what the doctor sees in the portal, what follows in the plan and what the procedure is aimed at. The associations come from published studies of the methods used; a spa stay is wellness, not medical treatment, and results vary from person to person.

What the portal showsWhat is prescribedWhat it is aimed at
Low body water with weight gain; a puffy face and heavy legs by eveningApparatus lymphatic drainage, the pool, the drinking cure, a walk in the aerobic zoneUnloading stagnant interstitial fluid and returning the usual daily swing of weight.
Dull skin tone, slackness, orange-peel skinCarboxytherapy, anti-cellulite massage, cupping, facial careWork on microcirculation and tissue tone; the care lines give the skin nourishment and protection.
Stress from 50 points, low Body Battery, evening fatigueThe body ritual, aroma care, the chocolate ritual, an evening walkReleasing muscular tension and giving the day a quiet ending, so that the night works properly.
A short night with little deep sleepA walk before bed, evening care, the Sleep focus add-onLengthening the night and its deep phase — the time when the skin repairs itself.
Fitness age above the passport ageThe daily walk, the pool, aqua gymnasticsAerobic work and body composition — the two things the watch computes that year from.

The night loop: what the platform changes itself

Every morning, no earlier than 06:00, the night just past is compared with the guest's own average. The flags reach the doctor's morning sheet, and some of them the platform works off in the plan itself.

The owner drew the line: what is free and the house's own — the walk and included heat — the portal changes on its own; paid entries are by default only offered to the doctor.

Correction by your data on the programme page: the portal reads the recorded walks and adjusts today's plan; below it, documents for the doctor and adding a procedure to the programme.

Contraindications: what switches off by itself

A flag in the questionnaire removes a procedure from the pool before the algorithm starts laying out days: it is not hidden in the interface, it is simply not taken. What exactly leaves this course is counted, not described in words.

The pregnancy flag removes nothing from this course by itself: it closes the heat and Thai entries, which the core does not carry. Carboxytherapy, cupping and anti-cellulite massage are decided by the doctor at the day-1 examination.

Flag in the questionnaireWhat leaves the courseWhat remains
Acute skin condition14 entries: every facial and body treatment, carboxytherapy, anti-cellulite massage and cupping, the ritual, the hand peeling and the pool5 sessions: apparatus lymphatic drainage twice, the hair oil wrap, manicure and pedicure. Diagnostics, walks and the drinking cure do not change.
Varicose veinsAnti-cellulite massage and anti-cellulite cupping18 sessions remain: the algorithm fills the freed slots with other care — the silver mask, the chocolate ritual, décolleté care.
OncologyApparatus lymphatic drainage and bust and décolleté care16 sessions: facials, carboxytherapy and body rituals stay in place.
Acute cardiac conditionApparatus lymphatic drainage16 sessions; the active pace of walking drops to the ordinary one.
Acute illnessApparatus lymphatic drainage and carboxytherapyCare treatments and massages stay, the walking pace drops.

The men's and the women's plan

The guest states their sex in the questionnaire, and it shows in the course in exactly two places.
