The same numbers as one fifteen-page document: the market, the ten longevity programmes, the equipment, the tariffs, the payback calculation and the four-week launch plan. The file comes in the language of this page — switch the language above and the button hands you its own translation.
What Setup + Base includes
- 100 % white-label of the hotel brand. The portal, reports and emails in the hotel's colours, fonts and logo, on the hotel's own domain or subdomain.
- An individual hotel website. A site of its own for your Longevity program under the hotel brand — with SEO for search engines and for AI answers (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity). It brings in the guests who are searching for Longevity programs in your region — from search results and from assistant answers, with no ad budget.
- Two branded watch apps. A watch face and the walk app carrying the hotel's name — built and loaded onto the kit's watches. Publishing them in the Garmin Connect IQ store is an add-on option (see below).
- Adaptation of the 10 Longevity programs. We take the list of services you already have — saunas, massages, pool, terrain trails, menus — and build them into the platform's algorithms with day-by-day protocols.
- Base mapping and navigation. Digitising 3–5 routes from the hotel door to parks, beaches and sights; they work 100 % offline for the guest.
- Online staff training (Longevity Academy). Live webinars plus ready-made PDF and video guides for reception and the wellness team.
- 800 guest accounts for smartphone guests. The Base subscription opens 800 dashboards for guests who use the portal from their own smartphone; the hotel pays nothing extra for them. On top of that Base includes 10 active guests a month — those who wear the watch or step on the Garmin scale — with no limit on length of stay.
- Security and support. Encrypted servers in the EU (Germany/Poland), RODO/GDPR compliance, automatic backups. Support works on tickets during business hours, plus four 20-minute online sessions with the support team every month.
Add-on services
- On-Site VIP Launch — €2,500 + travel + per diem (€175/day per expert). A team of two longev.eu experts spends 4 days at your hotel: IT infrastructure inspection, in-person training for reception and the spa team, hand-holding through the first real stays, upsell script practice. The hotel provides the experts' accommodation — 4 nights, full board.
- Integration with the hotel's own system — price on request. The platform's procedure calendar is connected to the scheduling and procedure-accounting system the hotel already runs: bookings, reschedules and cancellations travel both ways, reception and the spa team stay in the software they know, and the guest sees one and the same plan in the dashboard and on the watch. The price depends on the API and on what the hotel's system allows: an open REST interface with webhooks is a few days of work, a scheduled file exchange takes longer. We quote after reviewing the system's documentation.
- Custom Health Trails — €500–1,000 per route, depending on length and terrain. Sports and wellness routes over open country: elevation profiles, heart-rate zones, stops for breathing practice. If you supply ready-made routes and we only transfer them onto the map, the price drops significantly.
- Custom Watch Faces — €400 for two faces. The hotel logo goes directly onto the watch face; the design can follow a hotel event or a room category — for example, a Presidential Suite Edition.
- Publishing in the Garmin Connect IQ store — €400. The hotel's apps go into Garmin's official store: updates reach the watches automatically, the hotel brand is visible in the store, and the app pages surface in search results and AI recommendations (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity).
How an “active guest” is counted
An active guest is one whose watch or scale delivered data to the dashboard at least once during the stay. A guest who scanned the QR but never used the dashboard is not billed. The first 10 active guests of the month are included in Base; from the 11th the €8 per-stay fee applies.
Billing is once per stay, with no limit on its length: a guest who comes for a week or for a month counts as one active guest and one €8 charge.
