A guest who signs in lands not on the site's front page and not in their account settings, but on LONGEVITY — the shop window of the day. That is the owner's decision: the first thing a person should see in the morning is their own night and day, not a menu.
There is one exception: somebody who signed themselves up and has not answered the short questionnaire yet lands on it (why).
Two ways to the sections
There is one list of sections, shown two ways — and it is the same list, not two copies.
The left column — on a screen wider than 1024 points. It is sticky and scrolls inside itself: on a 768-point laptop a long list does not otherwise fit.
The burger in the header — on a phone and a tablet. The sheet grows from the bottom edge and scrolls inside itself; the cross stays put.
The bottom bar is untouched by either: «Calendar · Springs · Walk · LONGEVITY» is the four-thumb reach you hit without looking, while the column and the sheet are the account's table of contents.
Ten sections in order
The order is dictated by the owner and keeps growing: a new section is written into one list and appears at once in the column and in the sheet.

The grid of tiles (calendar, quizzes, walks, programmes) was deliberately thrown out of the profile card: it repeated the left column and the bottom bar for a third time. What stayed is only what exists nowhere else.
Messages from the doctor — what the doctor wrote to you personally (how that works).
The offline map — the town downloads to the phone whole, so the walk guides you without a signal (more).
Watch pairing — the kit's code, entered once (why).
My own device — if what you wear is not our watch (what comes of it).
Garmin Connect — linking a personal Garmin account.
My data — export, withdrawal of consent, deletion (more).

How this works for a person
In the morning you open the phone and see your night. If you want the detail, you press a ring and the room of that measurement opens. If you want to know what is on today, the bottom bar has «Calendar». If it is time to drink, «Springs». Everything else lives under the burger and is not needed on an ordinary day.
Over a fortnight the account is opened dozens of times, and nearly always for one of those three answers. That is why they are on the bottom bar and not in the list.
What reception does
None of the above is set up for the guest by the desk — except one thing: the kit is handed over already paired, with the code entered and the town map downloaded. All the guest has to do is put the watch on.
If a guest asks for help with a section, the staff have «the guest's account» — the same screens through their eyes, read-only for a doctor (how).
