An A4 sheet per guest, Garmin's own verdict printed beside ours, and one object for both «a recommendation to a patient» and «an announcement to the house».
The morning round is a sheet for every guest holding a kit, and it is meant to be printed. In order: patient identification, the night just past and yesterday with a column of the guest's own average for the stay, the day's curves, the flags, today's programme, the suggested correction and lines for the doctor's signature.
The «⌀» column is the average of this guest over this stay, today excluded. Comparing against a population makes no sense at a spa: a person arrives with their own normal, and what matters is the departure from it.
The sheet fits an A4 page with room to spare. When sections are added, the height is measured again: it once grew to 290 mm against a limit of 273, and the printer cut off the doctor's signature.

The day's curves
Instead of a single hypnogram the sheet carries the day's curves with switches: sleep, pulse, stress, Body Battery, breathing, oxygen. A switch appears only where there is data.
Sleep alone is on by default — exactly as much chart as was always printed; the doctor adds the rest, and what is switched on is what reaches the paper.
Only stress and Body Battery share a frame — they share a scale. There is no second Y axis anywhere in the portal: it lets you draw any relation between anything.
Whose verdict it is
The sheet carries «Garmin's own assessment» as a block of its own, while our lines are signed «(ours, from the numbers above)». A doctor has to see whose opinion this is — otherwise the instrument and the portal merge into one anonymous voice.
From Garmin we take the personal HRV baseline (it takes three weeks to build), the HRV status, the sleep score and the hours to recovery. Garmin does not give out the text of its recommendations through the interface, only phrase keys — so the wording is ours.
Training Readiness does not exist on a Forerunner 165 at all; it belongs to the larger models (the model table).
Flags and the correction
Flags are counted against the guest's own baseline rather than a population, and when one is severe enough the portal suggests replacing the day's heaviest treatment with a restorative one, and shortens the walk.
Every threshold, its severity and what follows from it are written out in an article of their own — «Which numbers make the doctor change a procedure», which also says what counts as a heavy treatment.
A suggestion stays a suggestion: the day is changed by the doctor, from the actions drawer on the panel (where that is).
A recommendation to the guest is bilingual
The doctor can rewrite a line of «Today's report» in their own words. The editor has two fields: «The guest will read (DE)» on top, sent verbatim, and «Your text (RU)» below, with a «Translate and save» button.
Both are kept: the guest always reads in their own language, and the panel keeps the original — the doctor's words. The guest's language is set at the desk when the kit is issued.
What a doctor wrote is not rewritten by a machine afterwards: the translation happens once, on saving.
Messages: one object, three audiences
«A recommendation to one patient with a date» and «an announcement to the whole house at a given time» are the same act with different audiences: one guest, everyone in the house now, or all guests. Separating them would have built two halves of one function.
There are three channels, each switchable on the message itself: the account, a phone notification, the watch. On the watch a message becomes an ordinary event in the day's ribbon — turned by the face and leafed by the app (how).
A message is announced at exactly the appointed minute, not half an hour early as a water serving is: an announcement has no «getting ready».

What is easy to break
The audience is worked out at the moment of sending, not at the moment of writing. An announcement written at nine in the morning for six in the evening is addressed to whoever is in the house at six.
An empty list of channels is not the same as a missing one. Missing means «all three»; empty means the doctor cleared every box, and that is a mistake, not a reason to send everywhere.
Kit accounts and staff are excluded from every audience: a kit is not a patient.
What reception does
The round is the doctor's work and is not shown to the desk (what the desk sees). But it is the desk that keeps it supplied: if the watch is silent, the sheet comes out empty, and that is cured on their side — by checking the link and pressing «Sync now» (more).
The desk also sets the guest's language when the kit is issued, and the language decides what the doctor's recommendation is read in.
