A 10-day course (3 days minimum) for chronic fatigue, burnout and poor sleep: floating, magnetotherapy and an evening protocol. The night corrects the plan from six watch markers.
Pick a programme in the portal
The programme is chosen when the complaint sounds like a state rather than an illness: I do not sleep enough, I wake up wrecked, by the evening there is nothing left, I snap at nothing. Behind those words there is usually sympathetic dominance — the fight-or-flight mode that does not switch off for the night.
The portal does not diagnose and does not prescribe treatment. It shows the doctor six numbers from the wrist and how they moved across the stay; the decision about the course is the doctor's, at the day-1 examination.
Every threshold below is a default. Each one is moved by the doctor in Panel → Rules inside its allowed range (the full list of thresholds).
The comparison is not against someone else's norm but against the guest's own average for this stay. For the first 2 days the portal only collects that baseline and raises no flags on HRV, resting pulse or load — there is nothing to compare with yet.
| Marker | What it reflects | Default threshold | Flag on the morning sheet |
|---|---|---|---|
| HRV, night-time heart rate variability | the sympathovagal balance: the wider the spread between beats, the stronger the vagal brake | 15 % below the guest's own average | “Variability down”; three nights running — “Variability down several days” |
| Sleep score | duration and the ratio of deep (delta) to rapid eye movement (REM) sleep | below 60 out of 100; separately — sleep shorter than 6.0 hours | “Poor sleep score”, “Short sleep” |
| Stress | strain on the cardiovascular system from the spectral analysis of pulse waves | a daily average above 50 out of 100 | “High stress” |
| Body Battery | the adaptive energy reserve from 5 to 100: how much the night charged and how fast the day drains it | morning charge below 40 out of 100 | “Body Battery did not restore”; a 10-point fall over 5 days — “Body Battery falling over the stay” |
| Respiration | the calm of the respiratory centre: anxiety speeds breathing up, deep relaxation slows it down | no threshold — the number is printed on the sheet and read next to HRV | — |
| Resting heart rate | how economically the heart works and the tone of the peripheral vessels | 5 bpm above the guest's own average | “Resting pulse up”; three nights running — “Resting pulse up several days” |

The algorithm places the diagnostics itself, before any procedure is picked: they hold the start and the end of the course and give the doctor two points to compare instead of one. Below is the skeleton of a 10-day stay.
Spectral analysis of heart rate variability (SAHRV, 90 minutes) is not part of this programme's skeleton: it lives in Longevity Diagnostics and is added by the doctor separately when the picture of the night needs working out.
| Day | What stands in the plan | Why |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Medical examination (30 min), drinking cure prescription (15 min) | the doctor confirms or rewrites the draft programme and prescribes the springs |
| 2 | Blood laboratory panel (15 min), InBody analysis with consultation (30 min) | the entry point on blood and body composition; the exact draw day is set by reception around the nurse's roster |
| 6 | Doctor consultation (20 min) | mid-course: check the six markers against the stay so far and adjust the dose |
| 9 | Repeat InBody analysis (30 min) | the same measurement as on entry, so the closing consultation has two numbers to compare |
| 10 | Closing doctor consultation (20 min) | the result of the stay and what to do at home |
The protocol is attached to the plan automatically when the goal of the stay is stress and sleep (Service Members Recovery earns the same protocol) or when the guest picked the Sleep focus add-on.
It is not in the timetable: these are rules for the evening, not procedures. The guest sees them as a separate block in the programme, the desk sees them in the stay briefing.
The dose below is the configurator run over 10 days on the standard budget: 2 paid slots a day. Comfort has 3, premium 4, and the core grows with them. The walk, the drinking cure and the pool do not consume a slot.
The result of such a course: 7 diagnostic items, 23 procedures, 10 walks (480 minutes of walking over the stay) and 30 servings at the springs — 3 times 150 ml a day. The procedures come to 22,250 CZK, accommodation and board excluded.
| Procedure | Dose over 10 days | Length | Price, CZK | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Floating | 3 sessions | 60 min | 1,400 | time in a concentrated Epsom salt solution in full sensory deprivation: it takes the gravitational and sensory load off the central nervous system |
| Aroma massage | 2 sessions | 50 min | 1,500 | a gentle lymphatic and muscle-releasing massage with lavender, lemon balm and marjoram oils |
| Indian head massage | 2 sessions | 20 min | 800 | releases craniosacral tension and spasm of the scalp aponeurosis and temporal muscles |
| Pearl bath | 2 sessions | 15 min | 600 | an air-bubble micromassage that lowers the excitability of spinal reflexes |
| Magnetotherapy | 3 sessions | 15 min | 450 | a low-frequency magnetic field with a sedative and vasodilating effect; by doctor's order only |
| Oxygen therapy | 2 sessions | 50 min | 550 | tissue oxygenation against hypoxic stress of the cerebral cortex |
| Andullation therapy | 2 sessions | 20 min | 350 | biophysical vibration with infrared heat for muscular tension along the spine |
| Wellnea massage bath | 1 session | 15 min | 600 | a massage bath with endothelial relaxation |
| Swimming pool | 6 visits | 60 min | included | unloading swimming, no slot consumed |

The treatment rooms work 09:00–12:00 and 12:30–16:00, on Sunday mornings only. That is why paid items sit in two slots — morning and afternoon — while the evening belongs to self-service: the sauna world 15:00–21:00 and the pool until 21:00.
"Floating in the evening" will never appear in the plan: it would be a promise with nobody to keep it. The arrival day is medical only — the examination and the drinking cure, no procedures.
On top of the core the doctor adds from the extras: hot stone massage, hammam, candle massage, ear candles, the rasul ceremony, Hawaiian lomi-lomi and Ayurveda massage. They never enter the plan automatically — the doctor places them or the guest books them.

The table ties a deviation to a prescription. This is the working logic of the course, not a promise of a result: the dose and the composition stay with the doctor, and the portal shows whether the marker moved.
| Marker | Deviation found | What is prescribed | Mechanism |
|---|---|---|---|
| HRV | night-time variability suppressed, sympathetic dominance | floating, magnetotherapy, pearl baths | removing tactile, gravitational and visual stimuli moves the central nervous system into theta-wave generation and releases the vagal circuit |
| Sleep score | deep and REM sleep in deficit, hard falling asleep | Indian head massage, ear candles, the evening protocol | releasing fascial tension in the neck and shoulder zone and around the occipital nerves, plus an evening routine, lengthens the slow-wave phase |
| Stress | high daytime level, no periods of rest | aroma massage, andullation, the Wellnea bath | stimulating skin receptors and relaxing the endothelium lowers circulating cortisol and increases total daytime rest |
| Body Battery | low morning charge or a fast daytime fall | oxygen therapy, Nordic walking at a gentle pace, the pool | clearing tissue hypoxia improves mitochondrial ATP production and holds the daytime curve up |
| Respiration | fast, shallow breathing | inhalations, walks along the pine trails, breathing practice | moistened mucosa and air rich in negative ions normalise the work of the respiratory centre by reflex |
| Resting heart rate | resting tachycardia under chronic stress | pearl baths, magnetotherapy, the drinking cure | lowering the tone of arteriolar smooth muscle reduces total peripheral resistance and gently slows the rhythm |
Every morning the night just past is compared with the guest's own average, and the doctor's morning sheet is built from that comparison. The owner set the boundary on 22 August 2026: what is free and ours the portal changes itself, paid items it only proposes.
Readiness for the day is computed from five parts weighted Body Battery 30, HRV 25, sleep 25, resting pulse 10, load 10. The green zone starts at 75 points, amber at 50; below that the sheet says plainly "rest — the doctor decides".

What runs first is not the selection but the ban: a ticked box in the questionnaire drops a procedure out of the pool before the algorithm starts laying out days. The procedure is not hidden in the interface — it is simply not taken.
The freed sessions are not lost: the quota goes to a neighbouring procedure on the same pillar, and the total number of procedures in the course does not change. The figures in the right-hand column are the same 10-day course rebuilt with the box ticked.
| Ticked in the questionnaire | What switches off | What comes instead |
|---|---|---|
| Claustrophobia | floating | aroma massage and oxygen therapy grow from 2 to 3 sessions, the Wellnea bath from 1 to 2; the open pearl baths and andullation stay |
| Pacemaker or metal implants | magnetotherapy, andullation | floating grows from 3 to 4 sessions and hot stone massage is added |
| Oncology, pregnancy | magnetotherapy | the quota moves to massage and baths on the same pillar |
| Acute cardiac condition, uncontrolled hypertension | hammam and the other heat extras | the core of the programme is not a heat one and stays whole; these flags also cap the walking pace |
| Acute skin condition | floating, pearl bath, Wellnea bath, the rasul ceremony, hot stone massage | magnetotherapy, oxygen, andullation and Indian head massage |
| Varicose veins | hot stone massage | the core is untouched |
