An algorithm builds the stay from the hotel's procedures, the intake form, the rooms' hours and how long each takes; the night corrects it, the doctor moves paid work.
Rooms and diagnostic suites carry Garmin Forerunner 165 Music watches and a Garmin Index S2 diagnostic scale. The Music version matters: the plain Forerunner 165 has no Wi-Fi, and the whole point of the fleet is that a watch delivers the night without the guest's phone.
The watches get a network of their own: 2.4 GHz, WPA2, and no sign-in page (a captive portal is something the watch cannot answer). The hotel connects them once, while preparing the kit; the guest never touches the network.
The guest needs no accounts on other services and no third-party app. At check-in they scan a personal QR code, and the phone's browser opens the finished plan, the spa trails and the drinking-cure timetable (how signing in works).
Each programme is a goal, a default stay length and a core of procedures the algorithm draws the days from. A stay shorter than the minimum is still assembled, but the plan says plainly that the course has been cut short.
| Programme | Default / minimum | Core |
|---|---|---|
| Longevity Diagnostics | 3 / 3 days | entry check-up, extended laboratory panel, body composition, 24-hour HRV, functional tests, Nordic walking, pool, oxygen |
| Classic Cure & Detox | 21 / 7 days | drinking cure, lymphatic drainage, sauna world, inhalations, whirlpool, hemp and oat baths, walks |
| Metabolic Reset | 14 / 5 days | aqua gym, Charcot jet shower, lymphatic drainage, cryotherapy, hydrogen inhalation, pool |
| Deep Recovery | 10 / 3 days | floating, aroma massage, Indian head massage, pearl baths, magnetotherapy, oxygen, the evening sleep protocol |
| Heart & Endurance | 14 / 5 days | dry carbon dioxide baths, oxygen therapy, BEMER biostimulation, iodine-bromine baths, sauna world, measured walking |
| Joints & Mobility | 14 / 5 days | peloid therapy (mud packs), sulphur baths, underwater and healing massage, hydrojet, magnetotherapy, aqua gym |
| Aesthetic Longevity | 7 / 3 days | facial cosmetology, carboxytherapy, anti-cellulite massage, lymphatic drainage, body spa rituals |
| Women's Health & Balance | 10 / 3 days | women guests only: instrument lymphatic drainage, aroma massage, pearl baths, magnetotherapy, facial care, aqua gym |
| Service Members Recovery | 14 / 7 days | floating, magnetotherapy, healing massage, mud packs, oxygen, gym, walks |
| Immune Reboot | 10 / 5 days | sauna world and cold training, contrast hydrotherapy, inhalations, iodine-bromine baths, oxygen |
The algorithm invents no procedures and borrows none from other people's protocols. It spreads what the hotel actually sells across the days, and it does so from four sources at once.

What runs first is not the selection but the prohibition. A flag on the questionnaire takes a procedure out of the pool before the algorithm starts laying out days — it does not hide it in the interface, it simply never picks it up.
There are ten flags: an acute cardiac condition, uncontrolled hypertension, varicose veins, a pacemaker or metal in the joints, oncology, acute illness, an acute skin condition, pregnancy, claustrophobia, hyperthyroidism.
The frame is the diagnostic work that is placed first and never competes with procedures for slots. It depends on how long the stay is: a short course has no use for a mid-course examination, a ten-day-plus course does.
| Day of the stay | What the frame places | On what condition |
|---|---|---|
| Day 1, arrival | medical examination (30 min) and the drinking-cure prescription (15 min) | always |
| Day 1 | ECG (15 min) | guests aged 60 and over, or a cardiac goal |
| Day 2 | blood laboratory panel (15 min) | stays from 7 days; the exact day is set by reception — the nurse draws blood on her own rota |
| Day 2 | opening body-composition measurement, InBody (30 min) | stays from 10 days, and Metabolic Reset and Aesthetic Longevity at any length |
| Mid-course | interim doctor's consultation (20 min) | stays from 10 days |
| Second-to-last day | InBody repeated | if there was an opening one and the stay is 7 days or more |
| Last day | closing consultation and read-out | stays from 5 days |
In Longevity Diagnostics the frame is the programme's whole body: day one brings the examination, the ECG, body composition, the drinking cure and the extended laboratory panel; day two a 24-hour heart-rate variability recording and the functional tests; the last day a specialist consultation.
No paid procedure is placed on the arrival day at all, and the walk is cut to 60 % of the pace: at the standard pace that is 30 minutes instead of fifty.
On top of the frame the algorithm keeps the rhythm Karlovy Vary spa medicine works to with no platform at all.
The assembled plan reports itself not in promises but in composition: how much diagnostics, how many procedures, walks and servings at the springs it holds, and what share of the course each of the seven pillars of longevity takes — heart and vessels, metabolism, muscles and joints, stress and sleep, gut and the drinking cure, skin, immunity.
It is the same screen the doctor reads before signing: the course's dose in sessions, not «your biological age will drop by N years».

The guest's night reaches the portal by itself and is compared not against someone else's norm but against their own average for this stay. The thresholds below are defaults; the doctor moves each of them in Panel → Rules, within a permitted range (the full list of thresholds).
| Measure | Default threshold | What a deviation means | What the platform and the doctor do |
|---|---|---|---|
| Night-time heart-rate variability (HRV) | 15 % below their own average | fatigue, stress, a drained autonomic system | the sauna comes off, the walk is cut by 30 %; the doctor offers floating and a pearl bath |
| Readiness for today, 0–100 | green from 75, amber from 50 | amber — less in the tank than usual; below 50 — an acute shortage of adaptive reserve | a shorter walk, pulse in the lower half of the corridor; below amber a swap of the demanding procedure is proposed |
| Sleep | under 6 h, or a score below 60 out of 100 | the deep recovery phases fell short | sedative evening procedures — Indian head massage, ear candles; a late sauna is skipped |
| Resting heart rate | 5 bpm above their own average | acclimatisation, dehydration or a cold coming on | an extra examination, temperature and drinking regime checked |
| Night-time blood oxygen | a fall below 90 % | the one flag on the sheet that is about the airway rather than about tiredness | show the guest to the doctor before today's procedures |
| Body water per cent (Index S2 scale) | reference range: men 55–65 %, women 45–60 % | below the range — tissue dehydration | the mineral drinking cure is adjusted and lymphatic drainage added; the platform judges the trend across the stay, not a single morning |
| VO2max | in line with age and sex | a low aerobic reserve: acidosis comes fast on a climb | the walking pace is held inside the restorative second heart-rate zone |
The loop never runs before 06:00: the fleet syncs on a half-hour circle, and a correction made at six on an empty night would have cancelled the sauna for somebody who is merely still asleep. By the morning round the sheet is ready.
The owner drew the line of authority on 22.08.2026: what is free and ours the portal corrects itself, paid procedures are changed by the doctor.
| The night | Free and ours | Paid procedures |
|---|---|---|
| Everything within range | plan unchanged | plan unchanged |
| Strain recorded | an included sauna comes off today, the walk is 30 % shorter (but never under 20 minutes), a breathing tip is added | by default a warning and its reason are printed on the doctor's morning sheet; with automatic substitution switched on in the super-admin, up to two demanding entries are swapped for gentle ones |
A substitute is chosen by kinship, not as the first living code on a shared list: a demanding water procedure becomes a bath (the Charcot jet shower becomes a pearl bath), a demanding massage becomes a gentle one, a workout becomes oxygen. The candidate must clear the guest's contraindications and must not repeat what already stands in that day.
A sauna taken off is not gone for good: the guest puts it back with a button. A substituted procedure carries the name of the one it replaced, so no line appears on the bill out of nowhere.

The platform does learn from the doctor's decisions — but not silently and not on its own. A doctor's edit does not stay a one-off: it turns into a house rule, and the algorithm applies it to every guest after that.
